« Un service qui n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles et d'un Golden Tulip »
La chambre avec vue mer est très spacieuse et la vue magnifique. Belle salle de bain avec une grande douche. Lit très confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner, très complet et personnel efficace et sympathique. Merci particulièrement à Gustavo, adorable.
Le personnel de la réception ne vous regarde même pas entrer dans l'hôtel, car ils sont collés sur leur téléphone portable. Le ménage dans la chambre est fait de manière très superficielle. Nous sommes restés 15 jours : poussières jamais faites, draps pas changés une seule fois en 15 jours (une fois aurait été bien), miroir de la penderie et de la salle de bain non nettoyés (traces de doigts qui sont restés les deux semaines), rebord de la douche collants avec des traces de savon non nettoyés. Table dans la chambre abîmée, une chaise à l'assise défoncée et fauteuil très sale avec de grosses tâches. De plus les petites serviettes de toilette disparaissaient tous les deux jours et il a fallu réclamer 4 fois à la réception d'en remettre. Et heureusement que je parle portugais, car beaucoup de membres du personnel ne parlent pas ou très mal l'anglais.

Le personnel qui est très charmant et à l’écoute…
La chambre n’a pas été faite pendant 2 jours, obligé de réclamer le ménage… La piscine est en bord de route donc pas du tout reposant… l’emplacement de l’hôtel est loin des principales activés en bord de plage.. le petit-déjeuner est passable… ne mérite pas un 4 étoiles mais un 3 étoiles… n’est pas à la hauteur du Groupe Tulip comme celui de Brasilia qui est exceptionnel
